A figure that disagrees with the RERA portal is the most useful thing you can send. Report an error explains what to include.

What a field means, where it came from, or why something reads “not reported”: data sources covers most of it, and the rest is fair game for an email to hello@estanzo.com.
Legal and takedown requests
A promoter, or anyone named in a record, who believes a page should not be published: grievance@estanzo.com. Include the RERA registration number, the exact URL, and either what you say is inaccurate or the order you are relying on. A direction from UP-RERA, a court or another competent authority is acted on immediately.
What an email cannot do on its own is change what the authority published. We report a project’s status and figures as RERA publishes them, and we do not amend either on request — a correction to the RERA record is made at RERA, and we follow it from there.
What we cannot do
- Resolve a dispute with a builder, or escalate one on your behalf.
- Recommend a project, a builder or a purchase.
- Remove a public RERA filing from the RERA portal.
