- Not a rating. There is no score, grade or rating of builders anywhere on this site. Where a list here is ordered (furthest past deadline first, most projects filed first) it orders a figure RERA published, not the builders behind it.
- Not investment, legal or financial advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, avoid or transact with anyone.
Bank account details
Where a project's RERA-filed bank accounts are shown, they are shown exactly as filed and may be out of date. Verify against the official UP-RERA source before any payment. Never transfer funds on the strength of a page on this site.
Corrections
If a record here disagrees with the RERA portal, the portal governs, so please tell us and we will correct ours.
Names of companies and people
Promoter names, project names and the directors a promoter disclosed to RERA appear here because RERA publishes them. Their presence is not an allegation of wrongdoing against anyone.
