Estanzo needs no account, no sign-in and no personal details to read anything on it.
What we collect
Nothing until you say yes. Estanzo uses third-party analytics services to measure how the site is used, and they stay switched off until you accept them in the banner. Decline, and no analytics cookie is set.
What analytics records if you accept
- Which pages were opened, and which RERA source links were followed.
- Which sections were expanded and which filters were used — identified by project RERA ID and slug, never by anything about you.
- Not what you searched for. A search sends the length of the query, never the query itself: a search string can name the person typing it.
No advertising signals are requested, there is no ad network on this site, and nothing collected here is sold or shared for marketing.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser's site data for Estanzo clears it, and the banner asks again.
Names in the records
Company and project records on this site come from public RERA filings. Where a filing names an individual — a promoter's director, for instance — we publish only what identifies the role, and omit residential addresses and photographs even where the source page carries them.
