What we collect

How the site is used, and nothing about who you are. Estanzo uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and they are on from your first page. On that first visit a notice says so and offers to turn them off; turning them off is one click, the same as dismissing the notice. Turn them off, and no analytics cookie is set.

What analytics records

• Which pages were opened, and which RERA source links were followed.
• Which sections were expanded and which filters were used, identified by project RERA ID and slug, never by anything about you.
• How a page was scrolled and clicked, which Clarity records with what you type masked.
• Not what you searched for. A search sends the length of the query, never the query itself: a search string can name the person typing it.

No advertising signals are requested, there is no ad network on this site, and nothing collected here is sold or shared for marketing.

Changing your mind

At any time, in one click: Analytics choice reopens the notice, here or from the footer of every page. Turning analytics off drops the cookies it had already set.

Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so clearing your site data for Estanzo clears it too, which turns analytics back on and brings the notice back.

If you ask us to watch a record

Estanzo can email you when UP-RERA publishes something new about a project or a promoter you follow. It is the only feature that asks you for anything about yourself, it is entirely optional, and nothing on the site depends on it.

• What we store: your email address, which records you follow, and the dates you confirmed and last heard from us. That is the whole list.
• What we do not store: no name, no password, no IP address, no device or browser details, and nothing about which pages you read. Following a record does not create an account, and it is not connected to the analytics above.
• You confirm before anything is sent. Asking to follow a record sends one email to check the address is yours. Ignore it and the address is never mailed again, and is deleted rather than kept.
• At most one email a week, and only when something actually changed. A week in which nothing you follow moved produces no email at all.
• Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. No reply, no reason, no sign-in. Each list stops on its own: the link in an email stops that email and leaves anything else you asked for running, and the same page offers to stop everything at once. When nothing is left, we drop the list of records you followed and keep only a note that this address unsubscribed, so it cannot be quietly added back later — ask us and we delete that too.

Three separate things, each agreed to on its own. Asking to watch a record signs you up for project updates and nothing further. Two more are offered as unticked boxes on the same form, and leaving them alone costs you nothing: product updates, which is occasional word of what Estanzo has added, and a newsletter on buying property in NCR. We record which of the three you agreed to and the date, because consent without a date is not a record of anything.

How this is paid for. Estanzo’s emails carry sponsored and affiliate links, and that is the whole of its revenue. They are always labelled, they sit apart from the record data rather than inside it, and no advertiser is ever a builder named in the same email. Most importantly they change nothing about the record itself: Estanzo does not score, rank or comment on builders, the figures come from UP-RERA with a link to the source, and nobody can pay to alter, soften or remove any of it. If that line is ever crossed, the product has no reason to exist.

Reading Estanzo costs nothing and asks for nothing. The advertising is in the email, which you choose to receive and can stop from any message.

The address is used for the purposes you agreed to and nothing else. It is never sold, and it is never handed to a builder, broker or anyone else unless you have asked us to on that occasion — by requesting a call back, say. An advertiser in one of our emails learns nothing about you from it; if you click their link you are on their site, under their policy, and the choice to go was yours. Delivering the email needs a third-party email service, which handles the address only to deliver the message.

Names in the records

Company and project records on this site come from public RERA filings. Where a filing names an individual (a promoter's director, for instance), we publish only what identifies the role, and omit residential addresses and photographs even where the source page carries them.
