Report an error
If something here disagrees with the RERA record, the RERA record is right and we want to correct ours.
What to send
- The page you were looking at (paste the link).
- The figure or statement that looks wrong, and what the RERA portal shows instead.
- A link to the RERA page you checked, if you have it.
Send it to hello@estanzo.com. Every project page also has a flag icon that opens the same message with the project already filled in.
What happens next
We re-read the RERA source for that record. If the portal has changed, a refresh picks it up. If we mapped a field wrongly, we fix the mapping — which usually corrects the same field on every other project too.
Estanzo cannot resolve a dispute with a builder, escalate a complaint, or contact a promoter on your behalf. For that, use RERA's own grievance channel — the helpline and project coordinator number are listed on each project page.
